“If the defendant was too impaired to understand what she was doing,” he said, “how did she select the correct access point, enter the code accurately, avoid the front camera angle, move room to room with intent, and leave without damaging any of the property she did not wish to target?”

Tamara’s attorney began speaking.

The judge stopped him.

Some truths, once asked cleanly, do not need decoration.

Tamara received probation, mandatory restitution, and a no-contact order.
